Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) is a process of destroying or damaging
tumor affected cells in a body through radio frequency or electrical energy
generated from Ultrasound, X-ray or CT-guided imagery. This frequency
produces heat that causes rapid cell death in a tumor . Compared to other
treatment procedures, RFA supports a patient with minimal injury, less
complications and speedy recovery.
