 Itinerary:
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls.
 Murchison falls TourTransfer to Murchison national park which is about 5hrs via Hoima- Masindi route. You will go through Luwero town, spot Zziwa rhino sanctuary, Lake Kyoga among other scenic views.  You may travel to the top of the Nile and wander art the lovely site of the beautiful Murchison falls. You will stay at Mweya safari lodge/Mweya hostel.

Day 2: Game viewing and launch trip.
Head to the delta circuit after your breakfast where you will observe the beautiful acacia savanna vegetation, Jackson’s hartebeest, Uganda Kob, lions, waterbuck, buffalos, oribi, and baboons moving through the lovely savanna grasses. It also offers cool birding like Abyssinian ground hornbill, grey crowned crested crane; Uganda’s emblem on the coat of arms and the Senegal thickknee. After wards resting you will head for a launch trip on the river Nile; here you will be treated to a lovely view of the Murchison falls and hippos, crocodiles, waterbuck, elephants playing in water and various water birds which are a major attraction. Look out for African fish eagle, goliath heron, malachite kingfisher and shoebill stork. You can go up the falls once again. Late evening return to your lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale national park.
Early morning head to Budongo forest (known for a diversity of ecology) for chimp trekking. See our closest relatives (800 chimps population) and see what you can learn from them. There are also orther primates such as the vervet monkeys, blue and red tailed monkey, potto, black and white colobus and baboons.  In the evening we head south to Kibale national park about 4hrs. Check in art Ndali lodge/ Primates lodge/ Crater valley resort.

Day 4: Chimp trekking in Budongo forest.
Early morning after taking a cup of tea, you will proceed to Kanyanchu to track chimps and other primates within the forest. Compare and contract between the chimp’s behavior and humans and discover a lot!  Also check out the grey checked mangabey, L’Hoest monkey, red-tailed monkey and the vervet monkeys.  In the afternoon, transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park (4 hrs). Go for a game drive in Mweya peninsula and discover for yourself Katwe town and its several saline crater lakes. Find out about salt mining in the small towns. There are also buffalos along the road.  You will sleep in Mweya Safari Lodge/ Mweya Institute after a long day of activity.

Day 5: Wildlife in Queen Elizabeth.
In the morning after eating, go for a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains which is such an exciting adventure. Here you may see the dark and hairy forest giant hogs, leopards, warthogs, large herds of elephants, Defassa waterbuck, and bush baby. Later you go for a launch trip on the Kazinga channel. You will be rewarded with views of the lakes Edward and George, Hippos, yawning crocodiles, several water birds like cormorants and flamingos among the rest.  Retire to Mweya Safari Lodge/ Mweya Institute.

Day 6: Chimp trekking in Kyambura gorge.
Wake up early, take breakfast and head for chimp tracking in Kyambura gorge. See several primates also in the Maramagambo forest and you may as well visit the python cave. By evening drive to Bwindi national park via the Ishasha sector route. That is if the weather is okay. You will be amazed by the lions on the fig trees resting while waiting for prey. Also Uganda Kobs are spotted on your to Buhoma. Reside at gorilla resort/ volcanoes lodge/ Buhoma homestead/ Gorilla forest camp.

Uganda Rwanda Gorilla safariDay 7: Mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi.
Gorilla trekking is done in the mornings so you will have to rise up early and begin trekking.  Check out the silver back.  In the evening you may travel to the Batwa community or take a nature walk to Munyanja river trail and check out the water falls.  Return to lodge.

Day 8: Transfer to Rwanda.
After a heavy breakfast you will head towards the border into Rwanda for another wildlife experience.  This journey can last 5hrs reaching Kigali, the capital city where you will have lunch. Then straight to Ruhengeri, volcanoes national park. This is the only park that harbors mountain gorillas in Rwanda. Sleep in gorilla’s nest hotel, Kinigi guest house.

Day 9: Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes Park.
 You get up earluy to prepare for the gorilla trek. Take breakfast and proceed to searching for these unique creatures in the highland forest. Later on you could visit the Dian Fossey grave on Lake Kivu in.  Return to lodge.

Day 10: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.
You may go for a brief city tour in Kigali and then head back to Uganda. Drive heading to lake Bunyonyi, a must visit while in Uganda. Unique in its own way, a serpentine shape and famous for birds as the name means small birds and just 25km from Rwanda. Relax and sleep art Bunyonyi overland camp/Bushara island camp/ Arcadia cottages.

Day 11: Transfer to Lake Mburo.
There are lots of activities to enjoy as the lake offers relaxation unlike the orther parks you have been to. You can go for canoe. Boat trips, swimming and bike riding to explore the neighboring islands like Bushara. In the afternoon travel to Lake Mburo our last park. Here you will go for a board trips on the lake and gaze art the orther five lakes in the vicinity and water wildlife. You will stay overnight in Mantana tented camp/ Rwonyo camp.

Day 12: Salt lick in Lake Mburo.
After taking your breakfast go for either the salt lick walk or a game drive which avails you with sightings of the unique handsome impala antelope, only in large numbers in Lake Mburo Nationals Park. The elands, topi, sitatunga and others.  In the evening head back to Kampala which should north take less than 4 hrs. Stay overnight in Serena Hotel/ Holiday express.

Day 13: Departure from Uganda.
Set off for Entebbe as you get to board a plane to your next destination.
